Walking around inner SE its hard to avoid the homeless. These are people who have fallen on hard times. Sometimes its their fault and others its the circumstances that make up their life.
Reguardless they are still people and are still deserving of our attention, respect and love.
Today make it your goal to help some of them out. Whether its buying them a bowl of warm soup or a sandwich. Or maybe by volunteering at one of portlands shelters.
When we take care of the least among us we also take care of ourselves.
